The General Terms and Conditions described hereafter govern the contractual relationship between any private user of the site www.yseultclothing.com (hereafter referred to as ‘you’ or ‘the customer’) and the seller Productions Associées asbl/YSEULT 28908 (hereafter referred to as ‘we’ or ‘YSEULT’).
The present General Terms and Conditions apply exclusively and replace any other conditions. We recommend that you carefully read the following terms and conditions before making any purchase through our site. YSEULT reserves the right to modify the present General Terms and Conditions at any time, when circumstances dictate. We also advise you to regularly refer to the latest version of these General Terms and Conditions. Changes and modifications are enforceable from the moment they are published online and cannot be applied to contracts concluded before that date.
YSEULT considers that the confirmation of any order placed through our webshop on the site yseultbelgium.com entails the unconditional acceptance of these online General Terms and Conditions, which the customer acknowledges having read prior to ordering, at the time the order is placed.

the price in euros of the products and the delivery costs
the stock availability
the terms of payment and delivery
the return and cancellation policy.
YSEULT assumes that the customer has full legal capacity to enter into the present General Terms and Conditions.
The present General Terms and Conditions aim to define the commercial and contractual relationship between the parties, namely the customer and YSEULT (the seller) in connection with the use of the site www.yseultclothing.com for the purpose of buying online goods and services.
The contract consists of two documents: the General Terms and Conditions and the order confirmation.
The contract becomes effective upon confirmation of the purchase order and is concluded for the duration necessary to deliver the purchased goods and services.
By using the website yseultclothing.com, you declare that you are of legal age according to applicable laws and regulations in Belgium or that a person of legal age authorizes you to place an order on this website.
All purchase orders are subject to acceptance by YSEULT. We will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an email that confirms the acceptance of the order. Please note that your order may be canceled at any time due to lack of stock availability or for any reason we think is acceptable. YSEULT reserves the right to cancel your order before or after your payment has been accepted. YSEULT will refund processed payments in full for orders we are unable to fulfill. In the event of cancellation, you will be notified by email.
All prices listed on the site yseultclothing.com are in euros, include all taxes but exclude delivery costs. All articles are subject to Belgian sales tax of 21%.
All product prices are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to remove a product and to modify or discontinue our services without prior warning.
We strive to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions. However, we cannot guarantee that product colors are reproduced completely accurately, as how you see the colors depends on your computer settings. We reserve the right to limit the available quantity of any goods and services. All product descriptions and prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
To be consistent with our philosophy, we do not restock products.

You agree to provide us with accurate, complete and up-to-date billing and shipping information for any order placed through our webshop. YSEULT has the full right to discontinue any order or delivery if there is an issue with the payment, confirmed by the customer’s payment provider.
We reserve the right to refuse an order from a customer with whom a dispute (whether a suit has been filed or not) is pending.
YSEULT delivers to all of Europe.
Delivery costs are fixed and are provided in the order summary before the order is placed by the customer. Packages are shipped within 30 days and are delivered by the carrier to the shipping address provided by the customer at the time of ordering.
When the package is ready to be shipped, an email is sent to the customer for information purposes. This email gives the customer all necessary information for tracking their package.
YSEULT accepts no responsibility for the accuracy of the shipping details provided and for any consequences that may arise therefrom. All resulting additional costs needed for processing the order are borne by the customer.
YSEULT cannot be held responsible for any delay in shipment resulting from mistakes or disruptions for which the carrier is liable (including, but not limited to, strikes and weather conditions).
If the carrier declares the package to be lost, YSEULT may send a replacement without any further costs involved for the customer. In case the ordered item(s) is/are no longer available, YSEULT will refund processed payments for the packages lost by the carrier.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to visually check the condition of the package. Any visible damage noted by the customer upon delivery (if the package is open or damaged, or if an article is missing or faulty) must be reported no later than the day after delivery by sending an email to [email protected] with the details of the order and a photo of the package.
Upon delivery, the customer is required to immediately check that the contents of the package match their order. In case of non-conformity, the customer shall submit a claim to YSEULT no later than the day after delivery by email to [email protected], describing why the contents of the delivered package do not match the purchase order. Complaints submitted after this deadline will not be considered.
Items that must be replaced or refunded need to be returned in full within 14 working days after review and approval by YSEULT to the following address:

In the case of non-compliance with the stipulation above, no claim for non-conformity or visible damage will be accepted.
If non-conformity is demonstrated and accepted by YSEULT, any corrective action will be carried out by YSEULT.
If the customer is not completely satisfied with any item they purchased, the customer may return or exchange this item within 14 days of receipt, without additional costs, except the costs related to the return and exchange. This period starts from the day of delivery of the customer’s order. The customer shall notify YSEULT within this period of time of their intent to return the item by sending an email to [email protected]. Once the customer has notified us of their return, and we have approved, the customer then has a maximum of 14 days to return the items to YSEULT, in accordance with the conditions set out herein. To invoke your right of withdrawal, items must be returned to YSEULT in the condition in which the customer received them and in original packaging. We only accept returns for items that are unused and in brand-new condition, with tags attached. Returns that do not adhere to our return policy will be sent back to the customer.
The return costs are borne by the customer.
You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been received and meets the terms of our return policy.
We advise you to send returns with a tracking number.

We will refund payments for returned items using the payment method that you initially chose.
Upon receipt of the returned items, YSEULT will process the refund within 14 days.
In case of exchange of an item, the costs of the second shipment are borne by the customer.
All exchanges are subject to stock availability.
All transactions made on our website are processed through Stripe, a secure online payment service.
We use your personal information for processing/delivering your orders and sending invoices. Failure to provide this information will result in the cancellation of the order. By placing an order on our site, the customer undertakes to provide information that is true and genuine. Providing false information constitutes a breach of the present General Terms and Conditions. The data collected are processed by computer.
You as the customer are entitled to access and rectify all information that we hold about you at any time, in accordance with EU legislation. The customer may send us an email to [email protected] at any time to find out what information we hold on them. The customer may also modify this information on request at any time.
